The Rim Golf Club is seeking a dedicated and skilled Clubhouse Maintenance Technician to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of our prestigious clubhouse facilities. This role is crucial in providing a pristine and welcoming environment for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance tasks including cleaning, minor repairs, and upkeep of clubhouse facilities.
• Address and repair minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry issues. Escalate major repair needs to appropriate contractors or specialists.
• Ensure all common areas, restrooms, and administrative spaces are clean, stocked, and maintained. This includes floor care, window washing, and managing waste disposal.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for staff and visitors. Report and address any safety hazards or compliance issues.
• Keep track of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock and ordering replacements as necessary.
• Work closely with clubhouse management and staff to address maintenance needs and provide updates on ongoing projects or repairs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field, preferably within a hospitality or recreational setting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and general handyman tasks.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks related to maintenance and repairs.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, plumbing) are preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with staff, members, and vendors.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
