When you join RadNet as a Room Build Specialist, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes. You Will: Collaborate with operational leadership and other partners to assess and deliver on functional needs of the business in relation to room builds. Apply configuration changes to procedure rooms in RIS system. Configuration changes include, but are not limited to: opening/closing rooms, changing room hours, changing procedures we can perform in a given room or changing when a procedure may be performed in a given room. Evaluate requested changes and effectively communicate with requester and/or operational leadership adverse effects the changes could have. Monitor ticketing system and work email to receive and resolve room change requests. Create, test and implement new room builds in RIS. Evaluate existing systems and/or user/business needs to analyze, design, recommend, test and implement system updates, bugs and/or changes. Provide support for Go-Lives (site system implementations) for new centers and/or acquisitions, as directed by management. To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have: High School Diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred. Demonstrate strong operational, project management and analytical abilities. Ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing. Ability to manage multiple projects and to work them simultaneously (multi-task). Able to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion and decision making. Possess and utilizes excellent customer service skills. Demonstrated ability to establish and meet work schedules within limited time frames and under tight deadlines and willingness to work additional hours beyond your regular shift, as directed by management. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products. Ability/flexibility to travel to/between sites as needed, drive a vehicle, and/or utilize other forms of transportation.
