Job Title: Mechanical QC Reviewer

Job Description

This person is responsible for reviewing the calculations and drawings of the designers assigned to projects. They will also review plumbing on projects and be responsible for understanding the knowledgegaps of the designers, providing training to reduce future redlines. The role involves managing multiple projects, each with a dedicated designer, and overseeing drawing revisions from code and city reviews.
Responsibilities

  • Review calculations and drafting/design work of assigned designers.
  • Ensure work matches customer requirements.
  • Identify and train designers to fill knowledge gaps and reduce redlines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, each with a dedicated designer.
  • Review both HVAC Mechanical and Plumbing portions of drawings.
  • Run all calculations for projects to verify designers' work.
  • Act as the project manager for multiple retail and restaurant projects.
  • Manage drawing revisions based on code and city reviews.

Work Environment

The role offers a fully remote work environment for employees not local to St. Louis, with up to 75% of the team being remote. Employees local to St. Louis are required to be in the office 2 days a week every other week (4 days a month).QC R
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

for paying a portion (set amount determined by the company) of the additional coverage for
spouse and families. Associates are eligible and make the choice to enroll on the first of the

employee pays 100% of the premium for themselves and their dependents. Associates are
eligible and make the choice to enroll on the first of the following month after their 30th day of
employment.
AFLAC Insurance
All full time Associates are entitled/provided AFLAC Insurance through a company program.
The employee pays 100% of the premium through payroll deduction for themselves and their
dependents. Associates are eligible and make the choice to enroll on the first of the following
month after their 30th day of employment.
Disability Insurance
company pays 100% of both a short and long term disability policy along with a life insurance
policy for all eligible Associates. Eligibility begins after the 90 days of employment.
Retirement Plan
After 1 year of continuous employment, Associates are eligible to participate in the company
sponsored 401K plan for tax deferred retirement savings. Eligible employees will be able to
participate in the program on January 1st or July 1st following eligibility.
Holidays
company recognizes the 6 major holidays. Employees are eligible for Holiday pay after their 90
days of employment.
PTO (Paid Time Off)
The amount of PTO time which an employee is entitled to is dependent upon their length of
continuous full-time service as follows:
Years of Continuous Full-Time Service PTO Time Earned
Less than one year Prorated (after 90 days)
1 year to 4 years 15 working days
5 years to 9 years 20 working days
10 years or more 25 working days
PTO Birthday
Eligible after 90 days - a single day on or near your birthday. Timeframe explained in more detail
in employee manual
