This role involves advanced, senior-level business analysis and user experience design work to ensure a positive and productive end-user experience. The analyst will partner with product teams and stakeholders to ensure design decisions are based on user research and best practices. This position will participate throughout the software development life cycle, ensuring fulfillment of requirements, including post-implementation enhancements. Minimum Requirements: 8 years – Experience eliciting requirements from interviews with customers and creating well-written system requirements 8 years – Experience with software development life cycles (SDLCs) 8 years – Business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement experience 8 years – Experience developing user stories and use cases that conform to business analysis best practices 8 years – Experience designing mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best practices 5 years – Demonstrated strong communication and facilitation skills 5 years – Demonstrated strong writing and organization skills 4 years – Documented experience developing wireframes, mockups, & prototypes in Figma or comparable design software 3 years – Experience ensuring designs and website conform to federal accessibility guidelines 3 years – Preferred: Documented work experience with the requirements management software "Modern Requirements" 3 years – Preferred: Documented work experience with the issue tracking software "Atlassian Jira" 2 years – Preferred: Documented experience working for or closely with TEA or another state or local education agency 1 year – Preferred: Documented work experience in early childhood care and education
