The Refreshment Cart Attendant is responsible for serving/selling beverages and snacks from the cart and provides courteous and rapid service to our guests on the golf course. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Communicate the core values and mission of Blue. Star Resort & Golf (BSRG) to support the achievement of company goals. Check in with the manager on duty to learn about the days activities, events, golf course conditions, and specific information about the course needed by the players. Responsible for ensuring that alcoholic beverages are not dispensed to people under the age of 21. Takes payment for beverages and snacks utilizing prescribed cash procedures. Recognizes and resolves guest complaints and concerns. Maintains beverage and snack quality and service standards for location.
