We're partnering with a highly respected, mission-driven hospital in the Southwest region that's seeking an experienced Director of Women's Services to lead an expansive and high-performing team. - Influence system-wide strategies by working closely with physicians, frontline teams, and senior executives.
- A vibrant, high-acuity service line delivery 5,000+ babies per year.
- A multidisciplinary team of 300+ FTEs across:
- Labor & Delivery (including dedicated triage)
- Mother Baby
- Level NICU
- Pediatrics & PICU
- Women's Care Unit
- Women's & Pediatric Float Pools
- Immediate focus areas: Quality improvement and Patient Experience initiatives
- BSN and Master's degree required
- MUST have 5+ years of Director-level leadership in Women's and Children's Services within a large, complex hospital environment.
- Proven ability to mentor managers, foster cross-functional collaboration, and champion excellence in patient care.
- A strategic, servant leader who thrives in fast-paced, mission-focused settings.
