We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our Enterprise Customer Success team. As a CSM, you will guide enterprise customers through their journey at Dot Compliance, facilitate adoption, and ensure engagement. You will also support Mid-Market customers through the same journey and collaborate with customers as well as our services, support, product, and sales teams. Our ideal candidate is passionate about learning innovative technologies, organizing information/data, adhering to procedures and regulatory requirements, and thriving in a growing, dynamic team.
