Overview

Dot Compliance is a leading provider of cloud Quality and Compliance management solutions for the life science industry. We are a young and innovative software company aiming to transform how pharma, biotech, and medical device companies manage quality and compliance-regulated processes. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our Enterprise Customer Success team. As a CSM, you will guide enterprise customers through their journey at Dot Compliance, facilitate adoption, and ensure engagement. You will also support Mid-Market customers through the same journey and collaborate with customers as well as our services, support, product, and sales teams. Our ideal candidate is passionate about learning innovative technologies, organizing information/data, adhering to procedures and regulatory requirements, and thriving in a growing, dynamic team. You should be a problem solver who enjoys working with people to derive the best solution for both the customer and Dot. Customer success is our top value, and this role requires individuals who are customer service-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise customers through their journey at Dot Compliance, facilitate adoption, and ensure ongoing engagement.
  • Support Mid-Market customers along the same journey.
  • Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams including services, support, product, and sales to drive success.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer success management role working with enterprise customers.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • eQMS experience is highly valued.
  • Knowledge in QA or software validation is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the life science industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce administration or development is preferred.
  • People-oriented with strong social skills; technical orientation is a must.
  • Independent learner with the ability to adapt and understand concepts quickly.
  • Team player who can excel in a rapidly changing, hyper-growth, startup environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
