Overview

OSINT Analyst role at CAC I (CACI International Inc). This position supports the Special Operations Command North (SOCNORTH) JICC with embedded analytical network support to SOCNORTH and other government agencies, sharing intelligence to execute mission priorities intersecting with the embedded agency in the defense of the Homeland.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth all-source research and analysis; prepare written assessments for SOCNORTH in support of policy, intelligence, law enforcement, and DoD partners.
• Use analytical principles, concepts, and methodologies to produce OSINT and all-source intelligence products and target development packages.
• Access, harness, and leverage bulk data, big data, and social media to inform the all-source analytic process.
• Analyze large data sets to provide credible intelligence assessments on threats, threat actor capabilities and intentions, and networks aligned with SOCNORTH missions and Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR).
• Develop intelligence products (joint intelligence reports, papers, briefings, reviews) in support of SOCNORTH.
• Apply a full range of methodological approaches and analytical tools to evaluate issues important to the customer and resolve key intelligence questions at the strategic level.
• Contribute to the development of new solutions, processes, and standards while communicating with the SOFETOPS enterprise, interagency, and COI.
• Support HUMINT planning and policy development for large and complex projects; integrate data from diverse sources and convert data into common ontologies for SOCNORTH J2 use.
• Determine factual relationships, establish baselines, and uncover hidden relationships; analyze personality, node and activity trends, patterns, and deviations.
• Identify key personalities, nodes, relationships, activities, motivations, patterns, vulnerabilities, and anomalies within the value chains infrastructure supporting SOF operations.
• Maintain a DoD TS/SCI security clearance to facilitate intelligence exchanges and fulfill LEA requirements needed to access internal LEA intelligence systems.

Qualifications

• Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
• Bachelors degree and five years of experience and graduate of recognized SOCOM OSINT courses (OS301, OS302, NERD Course, OSINT Basic Course).
• Self-motivated and able to operate efficiently without direct supervision in joint and interagency environments while maintaining communication with SOCNORTH J2.
• Working knowledge of portals and other real-time knowledge management systems.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Active-duty military OSINT experience with USASOC or Joint SOF organizations.
• Ability to work independently with limited oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint environment.

This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately but is representative of roles at CACI. Candidates may be considered for other positions at CACI.

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $73,800 - $155,100. CACI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
