WELL ESTABLISHED company is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to help take their L&D/Training function to the next level.

SUMMARY:

• This role will be a key member of the companys L&D/Training/Talent Development team
• Design, develop and implement a variety of learning processes/programs

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of HR experience
• Strong L&D/Training experience
• Experience implementing and delivering a variety of L&D/Training initiatives
• Bachelors degree
