Responsibilities

• Perform on-site Quality Management System (QMS) audits of customer suppliers and assist with internal audits
• Complete and submit detailed audit reports, documenting any nonconformances
• Issue Corrective Action Requests (CARs) through customer electronic systems and follow up on assigned actions
• Coordinate audit scheduling with suppliers and participate in required training programs
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the employer

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with a minimum of 2 years of quality or industry experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
• Current QMS or Aerospace auditor accreditation from a recognized body
• Formal training in the current AS9100 revision in lieu of accreditation
• Experience performing on-site QMS audits and completing related documentation
• Willingness and ability to travel for overnight and out-of-state assignments

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with audits aligned to the AS9100 standard
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Self-directed with the ability to manage audit timelines and travel logistics
