NOW HIRING: Lease-Up Market Rate Community ManagerThe Villas at Riverwalk - Beautiful Camp Verde, Arizona

Celtic Property Management is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Lease-Up Community Manager to lead the successful launch and stabilization of our brand-new 178 Unit Built to Rent (BTR) Class A luxury market-rate community, The Villas at Riverwalk .

This is not a maintenance role this is a build-from-the-ground-up leadership opportunity.If you thrive in a fast-paced lease-up environment, know how to drive occupancy, and have experience managing luxury rentals while leading teams to success we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:? Lead all phases of lease-up from pre-leasing to stabilization? Drive aggressive marketing and occupancy strategies? Hire, train, and lead onsite leasing and maintenance teams? Manage budgets, financial performance, and reporting? Maintain full Fair Housing and regulatory compliance? Deliver an exceptional resident experience from day oneThis role requires flexibility — lease-ups demand energy, urgency, and extended hours when needed. Evenings and weekends will be required during peak lease-up phases.

Location Requirement

This is a fully on-site position. Candidates must already reside in Camp Verde, AZ or nearby surrounding communities, or be prepared to relocate to Camp Verde prior to the lease-up launch. On-site leadership presence is essential to the success of this community.

Ideal Candidate

• 2-3+ years managing market-rate multifamily properties
• Proven lease-up experience (required)
• Experience managing luxury rentals
• Strong team leadership and performance management skills
• Yardi and RentCafe experience preferred
• Ready to commit to an on-site leadership role
