Overview:
Under general supervision, The Workplace Technology Platform Lead owns the strategy, governance, and business value of the Microsoft 365 platform, ensuring it enables productivity, collaboration, and compliant information management across the organization. This roleis accountable for defining the platform roadmap and operating model, setting standards for tool usage, and balancing user experience, risk, cost, and scalability. The lead is responsible for enterprise governance for lifecycle management, data retention, and information protection, serving as theprimary business liaison to Security, Privacy, Legal, and Architecture teams. They provide oversight of platform operations and high impact issue escalation, use adoption and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement, and lead change and adoption efforts to ensure consistent, effective platform use. The role also guides platform resources, influences cross functional stakeholders, and evaluates new Microsoft 365 capabilities through a business value lens to guide intentional, well governed platform evolution. This is an individual contributor role.
