Essential Functions
  • Manage accounting functions on a day-to-day basis including aspects of accounts payable, intercompany transactions, payroll, fixed assets, provider compensation and general ledger accounting
  • Review balance sheet reconciliations on all balance sheets accounts for corporate entities and provide assistance and guidance to Sr. Accountants.
  • Be responsible for P&L analysis and variance analysis for a group of Centers, providing
    business insight and developing close relationship with the Operations team as well as reviewing analyses of Sr. Accountants.
  • Assist in the development, analysis, and implementation of internal controls and process improvements as necessary to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Organize assigned areas of the annual financial audit process performed by our independent CPA firm
  • Supervise, train, and develop the members of the Accounting Department as needed

    Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory
    or lead capacity
  • Healthcare or multi-entity accounting experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills required
  • Prior experience with accounting software (NetSuite preferred)

Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment or remotely. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

The employee must frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, start time between 7 am to 9 am.
