Avista Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene, positioning, transfers, and mobility within the guidelines of state law and company policies and procedures.; Prepare, assist with and document the administration of medication to residents under supervision of licensed nurse and in strict compliance with state regulations and physicians orders.; Prepare residents for meals and snacks and assist residents in dining room.; Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms, common areas, offices and corridors as outlined in housekeeping procedures.; Report unsafe or hazardous conditions immediately.
