Tucker Freight Lines is Now Hiring Dedicated CDL-A Company Drivers in Goodyear, AZ

Average Up to $1,750 Gross per Week* - Home Weekly

This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of an expansion within an existing dedicated reefer account! Dynamic scheduling allows drivers an average of 2,200-3,600 miles a week servicing lanes out of Goodyear, AZ delivering to airport hubs and customer locations in the western US, Texas, and Illinois. The position features a balance of driver-assist unloads and drop & hook freight, personalized dispatch, along with weekly home time!

What's In It For You?

• Drivers average $1,500-$1,750 gross per week*
• Base Pay: Earn 60 CPM (48 CPM route mile + 12 CPM per diem)
• Safety & Service Bonus: Earn an additional 6 CPM
• Stop Pay: Receive $20 an hour for each stop, rounded up

Route Details:

• Home weekly - between 34 and 48 hours each week
• Average approximately 3,600 miles per week
• Over 90% drop & hook freight
• Multi-stop, multi-temp reefer trucks - requires driver-assist unload
• No TWIC card needed - we will help you apply for one!

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid CDL-A required
• At least 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience in the last 5 years (1-year of verifiable farming or military experience warrants further discussion)
